Hey guys!
 
Just wondering what a good amount of carbs you should intake during carb cycling?
 
Im 6ft2 98kg, 14%bf and looking at dropping some body fat over the next 8 weeks.
 
Im looking at doing 3 days low (60g) and 1 day high (300g)..... does this seem a right amount? and right amount of days cycled?
 
I do thaiboxing, H.I.I.T training, weights 5x a week, i seem to cope well on a low carb diet i.e i can still function and feel energised and recovery seems ok but just wondered what you guys think?
 
I get my carbs from complex unrefined carbs i.e sweet potatoe, oats, veg etc...
 
Any ideas guys?

    Depends on the individual's metabolic rate and energy needs.

      i guess if i can train on less than 60g and recover then that would be ok amount?
       
      and if i couldnt recover or train then maybe take it up accordingly?

        See how you feel doing it, I'd never go below 150g, even then that's extreme.
         
        I just opt for calorie deficit over carb cycling.
