As Liddy stated above, you do not need to consume carbohydrate to survive, you can survive in a ketogenic state. And that, my ironically named friend, is The Truth. It is also two different things to state that you cannot survive without carbohydrate and that you cannot survive on a protein-only diet. Most extremely low carbohydrate diets advocate the use of vitamin and mineral supplements to overcome the potential lack from dietary sources. I should add as a disclaimer that I'm not supporting people ditching vegetables, I'd stand for the exact opposite. But I am saying that should you for some reason not be eating any carbohydrate, you will not simply drop dead. For the animal examples I've heard both sides, with people citing tigers and bears for their all meat diets and vegans citing gorillas and their high veg diet as potential basis for a human muscle gain diet. Obviously this is ridiculous, you are not a tiger or a bear or a gorilla, your body works differently. As above, cutting (either a portion or in cases all) carbohydrate from your diet is a way to reduce your total energyintake and so it will help you lose weight, assuming you dont overompensate with otehr maronutrients.

I think if cows and horses eat grass n green stuff and are as strong as well horses, build huge muscles and have incredible strength, we should eat horses, cows and grass and see how that works out with a good training routine, just a suggestion

Sounds like you shouldnt be messing with gear if you dont know about diet mate, diet is the most important aspect, gear gets you past the wall you can hit in what your body can acheive naturally with genetics etc for speed of growth or maximum size. Your basically fitting a NOS button before you even know if you're driving a diesel or a petrol car. Use the search button, read the forum, learn about diet, get to the point where you feel your gains/goals have stalled and then ask advice of someone who knows a lot about messing with your bodies hormones before throwing a huge amount of money away. This post is meant as friendly advice if you cant tell the tone of it. Good luck.
