Cardio + Bulking

I have been on a new bulking training plan for the last 8 weeks now and I have noticed an increase of fat around my waist, presumably due to the increase in food and bulking powders. I am not in any rush to loose the stomach at the moment but I would like to know if doing any cardio will help. I have read some mixed opinions whether or not to do cardio while bulking. Whats your suggestions?

Interesting topic there mate. In my pic below I was heavily focused on being cut and that was it. I was around 15.5 stone there. I've started playing rugby again, and as a forward I need to get up to about 18st. I've started a bulk routine but also I'm doing a lot of Cardio with training and noticing that I'm putting on weight and keeping trim. My advice is keep doing a bit of cardio to help with overall fitness and to keep the trouser weight respectful :)

Thanks for the advice. I'll add some cardio into my plan for the next 12 weeks and see how it goes.

It will help mate. Cardio not only helps your internally but it will allow for quicker rest and recovery meaning you can train harder and longer.
