Changing routine, any advice pleeease!

Hiya, I have been on my routine for about 10 weeks, and looking to change. I currently have a 3 day split (push,pull, legs). Mon: Deadlift/Hammer curls/Single Arm Row Wed: Bench press/Military press/Tricep extensions Fri: SLDL/Squats/Calf raises Is there any way I can change this, keeping the pull, push, leg routine. I was thinking of adding in wide grip pull ups in exchange of the S.A.R Any advice is appreciated!

Bent over rows,/single arm rows wth twist/barbell curls Leg press, d/bell s/l/d/lift, Standing Calve raise Incline d/bell press, seated d/bell press(delts) close grip bench press Keep this order, upper body will get a rest doing legs on wed, follow for 8 weeks, give it time to be adjusted to and increase weight accordngly...good luck

Is the S.A.R with twist a rotation of the arm, or twisting the back as you pull the cable? Thanks.
