Pics up on Monday. Won't write much this time as it all looks a bit silly when I quit in week 4!

          Week 2 weight - 17st 6lbs   (-2lbs)

Not a great start exercise-wise, but diet was good for the most part. Got a week off work now and hoping to hit 17st 2lbs by next Monday.

Nail the diet and CV on your off days - I've got a couple of weeks in Feb and i'm gonna try and do twice daily CV and be super strict with the diet!
