Wanna get ripped by Easter and stronger gradually :) Having set any targets in particular but will soon... Did chest 100kg 3 sets of 3 last week and some light legs today. Will hit chest hard again tomorrow.

25th January 2012 CHEST!!!! YEAAAAAAH still drunk from the night before but had a good session yest: Incline DB Press: 40x 7 8 7 8 Flat DB: 40x 6 6 6 Decline: 35x 6 7 7 Deadlifts later. Hanging but up for it cause I've finaly got chalk again.

Thursday 26th January Deadlifts: 140x 5 5 5. 100x 5 slow 5 fast, 10 fast Wanted to go in light as I hadn't done deads in a while. Back felt strong but man it hurt my hands so much. Don't know why. Bent Over Row: 40x 8 8 8 | Kroc Rows: 20x 8 12 12 Wide Grip Pullups and Row machine faffing
