Didn't your last journal involve a £10 bet or something? Did you win or lose?

Good luck with this, im sorry to hear about your circumstances. Do you have any outdoor calisthenics facilities in parks nearby?

Yea my last journal involved a £30. After 6 weeks I met my girlfriend then returned home for the holidays where I had no access to a gym. So I didn't make any progress after that.

There are two parks nearby, one with nothing but football goals and trees, the other with more but I'm not sure what, I'll have a look soon.

I just read your location is Brighton, I live there too, in Woodingdean :P I'm planning on joining Cheetahs when I am able to.

Cool, Cheetahs should work out fairly cheap, i would have joined there had it not been for my girlfriend.

FYI Hove Park has an outdoor dipping station, chinning bars, some pec machines and some other random stuff, so it may be useful.

Also, see parkrun.org (Brighton) as they do free weekly timed 5k runs on Saturday mornings at 9:00am in Hove Park.

I'll see if i can sort out a David Lloyds guest pass, but they're a bit stingy these days!

Yeah Cheetahs is cheap and basic, the way I like it.

The thing is I can't drive myself around either as I don't own either a licence or a car. (I must sound like a right bum atm, no food, transport, job or gym).

That ParkRun looks like fun, although I'm probably not fit enough to run it yet. Also it's quite far away.

The guest pass would be awesome, I'm guessing you to the one in the Marina.

Any exercise I do is going to have a positive impact anyway in my current state.

Ok well today was the first day of my routine, I couldn't be bothered to go outside (good start eh) but instead I did some stair runs in my house, which I think was just as good, judging by how queasy I feel right now.

I did a total of 5 sets of 20 runs up and down the stairs, which consist of 14 individual stairs. So in total I ran up 1400 stairs and down 1400. Lasted about 45 minutes.

              Exercise rating: 9/10 (Y)

                Satuday 5th:

I was meant to do this yesterday but didn't.

For my press ups I'll be trying this thing online which supposedly guides you to be able to do 100 press ups in 6 weeks. I was meant to start on the third week as I managed 35 press ups but will start on the second to ease into it:

                one hundred push ups

                Press-Ups: 14, 14, 10, 10, 15
                Tricep Dips: 20, 15, 15
                Pull-Ups: 8, 8, 8
                Rotations: 12, 12, 12

After that I did some HIIT on my cycling machine:

                2 min warm up
                20 sec hard work, 40 sec relax. x 4
1 min hard work, 2 min relax. Increased resistance each time. x 7

                Happy.

Haha! Tell me about it!!! Yea at this state anything is gonna give me results. I was 89.1kg this morning and 91kg like three days ago

Well the last time I weighed myself in my last log, I weighed in at:

                      Weight: 76.4kg
                      Body Fat: 14.8%
                      Muscle Mass: 44.5%

This was according to his electronic scales. This was also a few weeks before I went home and stopped training hard.

                      And thanks :P

I am not following the calisthenics program well because I'm knackered after each CV session (to be frank).

I feel fitter. Hard not to take pictures and weigh myself more than once a week.

Well recently I did some training with a friend twice.

Did some benching though his bench is small so it was like 55kg x 20 reps x 4 sets.

Went to the gym twice with my other mate.

                                    First time:
Dumbell Press, flyes, dips, super set
                                    10 mins cycling
Shoulder press, front raises, lat raises, super set
                                    10 mins cycling
                                    arms
                                    10 mins cycling

                                    Second time:
                                    Squat, 5 sets
                                    Deadlift, 5 sets
                                    Pull downs
                                    One armed rows

Round abouts 25 of SSCV cycling. Today.
Another friend bought an olympic bar and matt so will be able to do some deadlifting when i'm at his.
