chrisch stevenb another very good session there budy welldone . bet your shoulders r going to be sore eh budy Cheers bud did feel good after, although shoulder were really starting to feel sore come bed time along with legs starting to stiffen up from Saturday not the best nights sleep. Night off tonight so will make up for it. sounds bad this but there ain,t a better feeling is there honestly i love thats stiff sore as hell feeling

I know what you mean, legs were stiff as he'll this morning and must have walked 3 to 4 mile wearing steel toe cap boots but some how it feels nice.

JCulverwell Hi mate! Sorry its a week late, but been away. Just want too say thanks for the support, and I will be following the journal! No probs bud, how was the holiday? Got my parents coming tonight and I planed on going to the gym so I'm hoping to get there before they come if not it will have to go tomorrow. Chest tonight if I make it.

still budy thats looks a bloody stong session i wouldn,t mind some benching like that . i can,t realy do flat bench as it hurts the hell out off my front shoulders so db,s for me welldone budy

A it of a bad week for training last week, two good sessions to start the week then couldn't make the gym due to work which i couldn't get out of. Sunday I trained chest and bi's can't remember all the numbers now but much the same as the last session on chest apart from i upped my press to 130 kg for 6 on the last set. Only 3 weeks to go mmm, not done anyway were near the amount training that i would for liked to have done but work has just been so busy. better get my head down and see what i can do for the last 3 weeks.

I'm bulking (lean bulking) so the diet is not to hard to stick to as its what i would eat anyway just a bit more. Work is slowing down now so hopefully will be able to get back up to speed till the end of the year, then i may try a cut for the next SUC.
