So this is my third go at a shape up but this time I've actually gone out and joined a gym. Started at the gym 3 months ago after a bit of a lay off due to not having time to train because of work load and my partner have our second child. Was going really well until three weeks ago when I couldn't make it due to work then last week I was ill. So my goals for this is to bulk which has been my goal for the past three suc which have gone will then I have had a set back and not been able to train for a while, for example last sept SUC I hurt my back installing a new fence and end up right back were I started. This time its going to be different. Stats: Age 32 Height 5'10 Weight 95 kg Waist 34" Bicep 17" Chest 46 1/2" Thigh 24 1/2" So the pics. The lighting is not that great sorry but the best I can get now and I wont be in for work tomorrow in time to do more. Thanks all. So trained last night for the first time after been ill and my god was it hard I've not sweated so much and had no energy at all after eating just dry toast and water for a week as everything else came back out.

I try to train a 4 day split, chest and triceps, back and biceps, legs and then shoulders. Some time due to work I may put legs and shoulders together. I'll start putting my routine up as I do it with weights sets etc..

Last nights chest workout was like I said was hard, felt sick after the first exercise and had to drop weight due to having next to no energy. Chest DB press Warmup 20 x 20 kg 15 x 42.5 kg 11 x 50 kg 10 x 50 kg 8 x 50 kg + 10 x 30 kg Incline DB press 10 x 45 kg + 10 x 30 kg 10 x 45 kg + 8 x 30 kg 8 x 45 kg + 8 x 30 kg Incline fly 10 x 30 kg + 8 x 20 kg 10 x 30 kg + 7 x 20 kg 9 x 30 kg + 6 x 20 kg Cable cross over 10 x 40 kg 10 x 40 kg 10 x 40 kg Tricep

Finish this job at 3:00 gym 3:15 quick back and becips then show tenants around one of my houses at 4:30 and back to another job after that. Going to be a long night.
