Anyone used this before and found it effective? Short or long term for joints, tendons etc.

Excellent product in my opinion, has helped immmensley in the past with shoulder and knee problems, also seems to be a pretty good pro-anabolic. Although i've never used this as a 'muscle gainer' it definately worked for me for joints and tendon use.

Have you continued use and if so for how long? Would 3g split into morning and evening be sufficient? or is it dependant on bodyweight? Thanks.

best product for tingly injuries... i'd say it helps more so short term than long term as it kind of masks the pain then once you discontinue use the pain slowly starts coming back...
I do it because I can,
I can because I want to,
I want to because you said I couldn't

When MyProtein was selling this as a powder (at 30% strength is was I think), I was superdosing it as I had problems with my elbow tendons, they were so sore if I as much a nudged then I got sharp spike right up my brain. After my course of Cissus it all went away. I got some Super Cissus now from MP and am using it again....just in case.

I'd get it in Capsule form if I were you.

I tried the powder but really couldn't get past the taste.

I have heard there are two types of cissus, one more inclined to raise natural test levels and the other more inclined to help joints. Which is the exact name of the one for helping joints? Also which brand inparticular would people recomend best to use? Buying one Monday to help with my shoulder and my back which I blew out yesterday! Go so long with no injurys then two come at once!

Think I'm just going to buy the prima force (think thats the make, its in a yellow bottle) one from pred nutrition can't really find any others about except another one on pred nutrtion but that doesnt seem to be as high % of active ingredient per dosage...

Bulkpowders is 11% strength, which means that if you're superdosing it will mean crap loads of powder. I would not mind getting hold of 50% in powder form though.

SuperCissus Rx is a good choice for joint aid.

I would say that the SuperCissus Rx is better for the joints at recommended doses. It seems that the higher the % or even upping doses can take the effects away from the joint aid and work more in an Anabolic way.

I have used bulk cissus from a variety of companies at different %'s but have found the SuperCissus Rx to be the best i have used for Joint aid.
