Ok - starting with the stats:
Age: 31 (will be 32 by end of comp

)
Height: 5ft 4" (will be 5ft 4" by end of comp unless something goes wrong)
Weight:.........Please read below as excuses are to follow

Assisted: Nope
Any plans to be: Nope
Waist: 33"
Chest: 32"
Thighs: 22" to 24" (left one is 24 and rigt one is 22".....go figure)
Calves: 14.5" and 14" (left 14.5 and right is 14"....clearly I walk in a lot of circles)
Goals:
Ok, here is my weight excuses....most will know in 2010 I lost just over 5 stone, I kept that up during 2011 and even went down to 9st 10lbs by September 2011....however I then had a 2 week holiday in November.......then Christmas came along.......fatty boom, boom I know!
So my 1st goal is to drop to 10st on the dot as at 9st 10lbs people kept asking if I was ill, so 10st is a good number for me - which over 12 weeks means I need to do an average of 1.5lbs per week, which I know I can breeze when I put my butt in gear.
2nd goal is, due to my job come mid-April it goes nuts with 6 day weeks and not just mental but physical to - so this year my plan is to be prepared for this and build up my fitness levels.
I would also like to loose my back fat, bingo wings, fat thighs, fat armpit boobs, have a firmer butt and just generally get a bit tighter

no pressure.
I have devised a plan and I know when I put my all into it, I come out well, so the 12 weeks have been broken down into week 1 then week 2 to 4 and then 4 to 12. There is method to my breakdown I shall enlighten peeps as I go along!
Anyway, I have done it all before and about to do it all again....looking forward to it actually!!
