I hate this bit with a passion...but you gotta start somewhere right!
 
Ok - starting with the stats:
 
Age: 31 (will be 32 by end of comp )
Height: 5ft 4" (will be 5ft 4" by end of comp unless something goes wrong)
Weight:.........Please read below as excuses are to follow ......11st 4lbs
Assisted: Nope
Any plans to be: Nope
Waist: 33"
Chest: 32"
Thighs: 22" to 24" (left one is 24 and rigt one is 22".....go figure)
Calves: 14.5" and 14" (left 14.5 and right is 14"....clearly I walk in a lot of circles)
 
Goals:
Ok, here is my weight excuses....most will know in 2010 I lost just over 5 stone, I kept that up during 2011 and even went down to 9st 10lbs by September 2011....however I then had a 2 week holiday in November.......then Christmas came along.......fatty boom, boom I know!
 
So my 1st goal is to drop to 10st on the dot as at 9st 10lbs people kept asking if I was ill, so 10st is a good number for me - which over 12 weeks means I need to do an average of 1.5lbs per week, which I know I can breeze when I put my butt in gear.
 
2nd goal is, due to my job come mid-April it goes nuts with 6 day weeks and not just mental but physical to - so this year my plan is to be prepared for this and build up my fitness levels.
 
I would also like to loose my back fat, bingo wings, fat thighs, fat armpit boobs, have a firmer butt and just generally get a bit tighter no pressure.
 

 

 

 

 

 
I have devised a plan and I know when I put my all into it, I come out well, so the 12 weeks have been broken down into week 1 then week 2 to 4 and then 4 to 12. There is method to my breakdown I shall enlighten peeps as I go along!

                      Aww many thanks for the good luck wishes.....I'm looking forward to sorting it outtttt again! I just hope it won't be to hard to regain back to where I was and then some!!
                       
                      Righty - No, I've had that tattoo for about 5 years now, however is use to take up my entire thigh but has shrunk with the weight loss and shifted around slightly LOL. You can't see the detail on the body of the Dragonfly properly anymore but my plan is to have my whole thigh covered by the end of the year!!

                            Ok, today has been a good day
                             
                            I managed to haul my big butt out of bed at the beautiful time of 5:45am and go for a little 3 mile run, this is lower than I usually do as I tend to hit 5 miles a day, but tonight I then went down the gym and did a blumming hard 45 mins cardio.
                             
                            Plannage is to keep dropping the AM running (as its getting a little dodgy running on ice) and ramp up the PM cardio. I am going to train with weights lightly up until week 4...there is method to this and its because I am going to start keto next Monday. Last time I keto'd and then train hard on top of it I basically killed my system and became anemic. So taking it easy this time round
                             
                            Ankle is dodge, I think its the cold weather playing havoc, another reason to stop road running! But I know it's strong enough to cope with a bit of hammering! Am going to take a photo of it tomorrow, just to show how even though its been 18mths how badly damaged it was as you can still see the bruising and skin damage from the break.....and I am not wussing

                                  Today was a great session in the gym, I nailed legs, then proceeded to accidently do an hours cardio on the x-trainer and running....I love a good run
                                   
                                  Diet wise has been super clean, basically a truck load of chicken and veg......I keep getting mahoosive cravings for Diet Coke but have now restricted myself to only 2 cans on cheat day!!
                                   
                                  My week has now been fuked up a little as I've got to get up at 4am to be in London for a meeting at 8am tomorrow, will be there all day and unlikely home before 8pm, so no way am I training! Then throw in I am looking at some houses on Thursday night (buying a new one hopefully) and Friday back in London on a similar timescale. So unless I can muster up the energy after I have looked at the houses on Thursday, I am going to have to jiggle and train over the weekend and then go straight into Mon/Tues routine again! Sometimes my job is a complete mare!

                                    Just to prove I am not fussing about my ankle - two photos from tonight:
                                     

                                     
                                    You can see a shadow from where the break starts all the way across my ankle joint (it split in half) and then the tissue/muscle damage almost down to my toes!! This is after 18mths!
                                     

                                     
                                    This one is also from tonight and shows how knackered my ankle still is as its mishaped now and gets swollen all the time......so not always the most comfortable to train on

                                        Damm legs and then an hours cardio, how did you manage that?  I've been sticking to coke zero or diet red bull.  Apparently you can have that and it doesn't mess up your diet nor put on any weight (so i've heard, if i'm wrong i stand corrected).
