Clen- you ever came across this chinese brand?

Hey guys have you ever come across this clen.. I just picked it up from a source for my friend.. 20mg per tab.. he said to start off on 1 tab a day.. then go on to 2tabs a day and eventually move on too 3 and stay there. Have you ever used this product for fat burning? what percautions should be taken? What dosage? and any other tips and tricks will be very much appreciated and helpful . thank you
