Hi, I have a Clen question if I may, I read the article and lots of the Q and A on here. If taking clen at 40mg per day whilst on a cut to stave off catabolism, is there still a requirement to cycle two weeks on and off to avoid receptor down regulation or with a lower dose is it acceptable to stay on it for longer? Thanks SJ

Is clen worth it when using ECA in between cycles of it? Is clen really all that when compared to eph or t3?

apologies if this has already been discussed, used clen a few times in addition to dieting always the same brand blue and white box 20mcgs, cant remember the name. now ive got generic labs clen 40mcg and the sides are horrific compared to the other stuff, even at just one a day its too much for me, but i could take 3 of the other kind twice a day no probs, any1 else used these or had similar experience?

what about taurine? On a 2 week on 2 week off cycle would one need to supp with taurine or do tauring levels drop off enough to require supplementation in longer steady clen cycles using ketotifin/benydryl

Anyone can post a legit pic on their website. What you get may be something completely different - if anything at all

have printed off article which is great I have 2 additional questions please 1) if taking say 5 a day (100mcg) would you stagger these or have in 1 go or is there no difference due to half life. 2) are these safe to use for women looking to loose weight through training and diet

Cons: Would not touch those. marligan also makes a good point chelski: 1 - Either is fine. Personally I would take all at once. 2 - Females may use clen (usual precautions apply as per men). Dosages tend to be limited to 100mcg.

Partyboy, In you opinion, would it be best to take 2-3mg of Ketotifen with the clen, as it will result in less down regulation of the beta receptors, and also mean that less clen has to be taken- meaning less side effects? Or does the Keto also cause side effects at a couple mg ED? Not sure if that makes sense! Basically, if money was not a concern, in your opinion is it better to take Keto along side a clen cycle to limit side effects and down regulation, or does it not make much noticable differnce either way? Cheers

Hi Everyone i need some HELP PLEASE Im aged 22 and been trying to loose weight and tone up for quite a while i go gym atleast 3 times a week. I dont have much fat on my arms and legs mostly around the chest, stomach area. I Have just bought some CLEN 20mg the one that everyone seems to be using with blue label on box. I woukd be very grateful if someone could give me some advice on how to take it. Iv been reading through the articles but i dont understand things like tapering up? Will taking CLEN affect my muscles whilst trying to loose fat? I try to eat a low fat, low calorie, high protein diet aswel. I know its a hassle for people to write things out again but i would appreciate it again if someone can write it in simple term on how to take it and what to eat whilst taking it, any changes i may need to make to my lifestyle. I have a wedding coming up so really desperate. Thank you.

I take it that liquid clen is taken in exactly the same way as tablet clen? Sourced some 200mcg per ml stuff so I guess i'm gonna be using 0.1ml for the 1st 20mcg and so on up to 0.7ml for up to 140mcg...

I'm interested in this. Will the clen work better indefinatley with Ketotifen and mean the effects are always as good and can be run for a indefinate period or will there still be some down regulation?

I've only used ketotifen once and tbh didn't witness much in the way of differences either way. If I were to use clen again, I'd just run it 2 on 2 wk off.

PB marks out of 10 for clen vs eca assuming diet and training nailed. I'm currently cutting lost over a stone and a half but seem to have hit a bit of a brick wall at 13st 4lb, been this weight for a couple of weeks now, diet is sorted have posted it elswhere and was actually advised to increase calories. Considering using clen or eca as a standalone not doing 2 weeks of each just 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, also looking at adding in HIIT although haven't made a firm decision on that as worried that i'll go catabolic.

There is another method that I have seen many people using. It is common to use the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off method but use ECA (ephedrine, caffiene, aspirin) during the off weeks. This method is totally pointless and counter productive. The whole point of taking two weeks off is to allow beta receptors to up regulate making Clen effective again. ECA down regulates these receptors (plus hitting a load of others) just like Clen. Therefore the receptors never up regulate and Clen + ECA becomes ineffective. Came across this whilst doing more research on Clen + ECA and a couple of people stated that you should take the 2 week rest. I did read your article Partyboy about the half life of ECA being shorter so the receptors do have a chance to recover. Just wondering if anyone has gone the ECA/Clen stack and thyve become ineffective? Need to buy both for shread my last bit of fat but i dont wanna waste money. Scared when i read stuff like this and just want some assurance i guess. Just tell me this quote is rubbish and ill hit the buy buttons

Eca has been shown to be effective taken straight for months. Its mainly the stimulatory (what i consider that bad sides of EPH) that subside after a couple of weeks. Im begining to think this downregulation is a myth.
