Anyone else have prob's sleeping? Is it safe to take over the counter sleeping tabs?

lack ov sleep is a common side effect although it will get better and u will sleep like normal
yes over the counter pills are ok

Anyone thinking about using Cytomel or any T3/T4 supplement may want to rethink this... esp. beginners. There are quite a few side affects ... dependancy issues and thyroid problems that can arise.

With the clenb it is ineffective to use for more than 3 weeks at a time, then taking 3 weeks off becasue the body will negate any beneficial affects in time(longer than 3-4wks)... all along pyramiding up to a max dose of 120-160µg ... some find 80-100 to be sufficient though. Be careful when stacking clenb with other hepatoxic substances. If this can not be prevented have your liver values evaluated by a physician periodically. A good clen cycle may look something like this:

40/40/40/60/60/60/80/80/80/100/100/100/80/80/80/60/60/60/40/40/40 µg/day


Also, It has been said that the use of yohimbine Hcl during the course of a clen pyramid, may increase the productive lifespan of a cycle, whereas results will still be achieved into the 5th and 6th week of use. "Multiple studies have found that yohimbine increases the amount of non-esterfied fatty acids (NEFAs), a product of lipolysis (the breaking down of fat), in the bloodstream in both lean and obese individuals and that this effect persists for at least 14 days, indicating that rapid tolerance does not develop"


Remember it is still important to taper off gradually and discontinue use for periods equal to the time used.

Clen taper down is not necessary as explained in the Clen Article

clenb tapering down is rumored to prevent side affects such as estrogen rebound, cortisol rebound, and headaches. Why risk side affects and not taper down? that just doesn't make sense!!!!!

Upon discontinuation of clen treatment this potentially will cause 'male menopausal' symptoms without tapering down. Estrogen and progesterone are produced in the adrenal glands, as well as cortisol. The lack of homeostasis and imbalance of adrenally produced hormones causes cortisol abnormalities. Also understand that clen is a Beta adrenergic agonists. It hinders ATP-ubiquitin protein breakdown which in turn may be attributed to the loss of myofibrillar proteins

Could you point me in the direction of evidence that this occurs in humans with typical bber dosages as I can only locate animal studies using relatively massive Clen dosages.

Clens half life is such that it acts as a natural taper. Tapering of dosages is not necessary.

HOWEVER:
Clen's active half life is only 1.5 days
If you using for 3+ weeks straight..i do not believe this half life is a long enough natural taper to prevent sides!!!

36 hrs is relatively long in terms of oral half lives. It will be a good few days before the drug has been metabolised and excreted with drug plasma levels declining to levels which are negligable.

I saw this picture on the forum and i am not sure what your outcome was? I came across the same product and was wondering if this clen is legit. the label is in chinese. There is a number 40UG on the bottle and there are 100 in the bottle. any help appreciated.

when i come off an 8 week steroid cycle i would like to run clen and eca for around 8-12 weeks cutting cycle.

but im not quite sure of the correct dosages
i understand its a 2 week on clen then 2 weeks on eca
but whats the correct dosages for the clen and then the eca.

i have used eca before and if i have it after 3.00pm in the afternoon i cannot sleep at night.

so what are the clen dosages and what are the eca dosages and at what time of day should i take them.

please dont say look at page 1 as i cannot get my head round it.

Then avoid taking after this time. This may mean you only take 2 eca doses.

..... my first week days on Clen... WWWWEEEEeeellllll....... LOL Let me just say..... never again.

LOL i convinced myself that i had a severe kidney infection because i had experienced horendous cramp pain around my lower back and upper thighs for days.... I've taken muscle relaxents! I still feel muscle strain even after abandoning Clen......its dying off slowly though.

Has anyone else experienced cramps like that on Clen???

i believe the following should be my dosage if i run a 2 week on clen and 2 week on eca
for a maximum of 12 weeks.

clen dosages

Day 1: 1 tab ( 20 mg )
Day 2: 2 tabs ( 40 mg )
Day 3: 3 tabs ( 60 mg )
Day 4: 4 tabs ( 80 mg )
Day 5: 5 tabs ( 100 mg )
Day 6: 6 tabs ( 120 mg )
Day 7 - Day 14: 7 tabs ( 140 mg )

eca dosages

day 1 to 14

07.00= 25mg efferdrine, 200mg caffeine

10.00=25mg efferdrine, 200mg caffeine

13.00=25mg efferdrine, 200mg caffeine

Looks fine but you might want to start just on one ECA dose per day and buld up as required
