Clen effect isn't necessarily altered at different %BF levels.

If you maintain "maintenance" calories and use clen - it will shift you slightly into a calorie negative state so fat loss should be observed though not at a rapid rate.

Obviously, if you are cutting and you are already calorie negative, Clen will shift the balance yet more in your favour by increasing calorie expenditure.

any problem using clen in conjunction with a med for hypertension? if the hypertension is in check along with the meds, can you then use clen?

for the first week i am taking clen and have my potassium and taurine ready

should i also be supplementing with a daily multivitamin?

sorry bro...i guess what im asking is does it alter your body's own mechanisms for burning fat? in other words does your body become dependent on it kind of like test or some other steroids...and by the way i know clen is not a steroid. one more thing, im about 245lbs at around 18% bf and 23, never juiced and dont plan on while taking clen is that ok and what should my doses be and for how long?

No, it doesn't alter your body ability to burn fat post supplementation. It will merely increase calorie expenditure whilst using it.

When taken Clen at 6-7tabs a day when do you take them. i.e. all in one go 3 x 2times a day or 2 x 3times day etc.

There is no set way to take them. People do what is best for them personally. Due to the half life, clen can be taken at one sitting a day though many prefer to split twice as they believe it lessens the sides for them. A common approach would be half upon waking before food and the other half mid afternoon.

I take mine all at once just before I hit the sack. I find that the worst of the sides I miss as I am sleeping if I take them this way. However, some people find that this interferes with sleep so its a case of trial & error really.

I am around 150lbs with a relatively low BF around 12% (Relatively Low LOL) and I am going on Holidays in Jan and want to do a 8 week cut to shed the fat around the stomach would you recommend using Clen at my weight or should I just stick to the Eph cycle. My diet will be spot on and I am going to throw alot of cardio in, would Clen be too harsh on someone my size or does it matter.

PB, whats your thought on the research re use of clen and long term hardening of the heart walls and hence a decrease in the effectiveness of the heart muscle?
