Hi, I have a couple of questions: 1. Would Clen show up on a drugs and alchohol test? 2. Does Clen have any negative affect on the kidneys? (I only have 1) 3. I have read various posts by people suggesting epistane significanlty altered their body composition - any warrant on taking this together with clen or even this over clen? Thanks

1. Would Clen show up on a drugs and alchohol test? i have heard clen showing up as ephedrine before, but this could be due to eph intake and also ugl tabs being used they wouldnt or couldnt test for clen itself unless it was targeted 2. Does Clen have any negative affect on the kidneys? (I only have 1) not many and any to moan about, have a read of the clenbuterol thread and it will tell all 3. I have read various posts by people suggesting epistane significanlty altered their body composition - any warrant on taking this together with clen or even this over clen? any form of cycling is better than running clen alone so yes this is viable

thanks for your response Powerhouse. Okay so i have done my research and i am 99% sure clen is what i need. I have a few more q's though: 1. I go on holiday in june and was thinking of starting my cycle at the start of march looking like this: 02/03 - 15/03 ON 16/03 - 29/03 OFF 30/03 - 12/04 ON 13/04 - 26/04 OFF 27/04 - 10/05 ON 11/05 - 24/05 OFF 25/05 - 07/06 ON I would be following the standard dosage's as laid out by partyboy in this thread. How does this look? 2. I dont want to take EPH during the "OFF" weeks incase it shows up on a drugs and alchohol test at work. Can anyone recommend anything instead of EPH? Thanks guys

Hi, ive been reading that Clen isnt all the great for the heart cells and can cause them to die by Taurine depletion. Would supplementing with Taurine negate this worrying problem?

Clen is suppose to deplete taurine so taurine is useful on a daily basis of around 3-5g i would imagine, i think taurine may also be used to prevent cramps, the cramps off clen are painful and i got them all over my body so i just discontinued use and continued to cut without it.

Yes a very good myth that has perpetuated across the net. Unfortunately its not true. Its anabolic and anticatabolic in animals with the beta 3 receptor but adult humans lack this receptor but still it has gone around a while.

Hmm, but it's all around this forum, I'm pretty sure even PartyBoy has suggested it? I just ordered some clen yesterday to use in PCT :/

Many have reported positive benefit using clen alongside pct. I wouldn't use it personally, as the potential risk of the drug is not something I would want for what I would consider minimal (or no) benefit. I don't particularly like clen as a drug anyway, least of all for this purpose tbh. Some swear by it though so I guess try it and see.

Partyboy are you saying that you think CLEN is quite a dangerous drug and that the reports of heart damage etc are not just scaremongering?

Taken from ****/clen Also, bear in mind that clenbuterol has some side effects. It isn´t great for your heart, and can cause some issues there (enlargement of ventricles, etc, ) but most studies showing clen to cause heart problems are with animals, and even though the dosing is almost similar to what humans take (in some studies it´s within the range of what would be double of a large human dose...) it´s important to remember that animals have more beta-2 receptors and they cause certain event chains that humans´ beta-2 receptors may not. Clen causes cardiac hypertrophy and cardiac necrosis (cell death) to some degree, in some cases. Again though, many studies showing the more significant, possibly irreversible, heart problems are with mg dosing. We humans take clen in mcg doses.

As above studies show detrimental effect, but with massively larger dosages. Clen I believe is still licensed to treat asthma in some european countries, as are other beta agonist drugs in this country. tbh, the side effects coupled with albeit very small chances of deleterous cardiac effects make it a relatively poor option in the arsenal of 'cutting' drugs.

I thinking of running clen again, the first time i ran it i got up to 80mcg and got awful cramps which put me off it and i stopped it immediately, i supplemented with taurine so that obviously didnt help, will 200-400mg potassium help or might it not help? No point me buying clen and getting cramps again is there, so if anyone has had bad cramps and have got rid of them somehow let me know, thanks.

When I first started taking Clen I was expecting to get cramps when I was excerising but that didn't happen. I get cramps usually at night after I've gone to bed, usually in my foot or in a carf muscle. Last week I woke up in screaming pain with cramp in both calf muscles - I thought my hamstrings were going to snap. Definately going to be eating bananas and taking some taurine before bed when I go back on.
