Several questions here: I've tried to start a Clen cycle twice but have ended up stopping after the 4th or 5th day. It seems like when I get to 80 mcgs I start feeling sick as a dog- almost like getting a bad flu. At lower levels, I feel a little buzzed and have alot of energy. Would it be ok if I did several 5 day on, 5 day off cycles? Or should i just cap it at 80mcgs or fight the sick feeling with OTC meds, like asprin and try to complete the 2 week cycle? Also for after cycle, when should I start taking clen and for how long? I tried finding this answer through these 13 pages must could not find it. Thanks for the help!

usually best cycle for clen is a 2 week clen, 2 week ec, 2 week clen cycle. Or if you have a receptor booster or 'super clen' you can use the pure clen cycle for much much longer without receptor burnout. Make sure your using taurine if your gettin major sides.

Sounds good....ya i been hearing how deca be killin the soldiers....my buddy says he had a few dissapointing times with a few girls....now how about sustanon 250...? i hear 2 sides. 1 side of my research says it is low in water retention, and estrogen building...also good for using if you wanna stay as FAR away for gynocastomia...(obviously i do)..another side of my research says its high in water retention and quick to build estrogen and requires dosage of antiestrogen applications.....which is true??? i dont want to gain no waight or excess fat or TITS....what would be a best bet?? also...im a fairly sexually active person so i need my libido full salute if you feel me knockin...

Hey bro, None are true tbh. Sustanon is testosterone. It does aromatise to estrogen. Estrogen tends to increase water retention and can lead to gyno symptoms in some. It does not require anti-estrogens unless necessary. Acne is a real posibility. Of course, these side effects are dependant upon dose and user susceptability. A dose of say 500mg pw should be adequate to offset muscle loss whilst keeping sides low.

I started taking clen and dieting last Monday and had lost 7lb by Friday. I was up to 7 tabs a day by then. I had 2 1/2 stone to lose so would have expected to lose 5lb or so by just dieting (mostly glycogen loss). I then decided to eat over the weekend as I felt pretty lousy after playing a tough game of squash and had been told by some that they lost weight even without dieting. I weighed myself this morning and had put back on everything I had lost. All 7lb. I'm just wondering how much of a help clen is? Does anybody have any experience losing weigh with and without for comparison purposes. I know the advice on here is to sort your diet out and I'm usually pretty good at that part of things. With feeling pretty run down and hoping the clen would boost my metabolism I thought I'd eat how I like to. Any thoughts?

I then decided to eat over the weekend as I felt pretty lousy after playing a tough game of squash and had been told by some that they lost weight even without dieting. This suggests to me there was a lot of water weight involved. As you cut, carb intake will be reduced and you will shed a good deal of water along with it. For every 1g of stored glycogen, you hold 3g of water. This water was just regained upon your weekend of indulgence. I'm just wondering how much of a help clen is? Not a great deal tbh. An increase of perhaps 5-8% of calorie expenditure. Cardio and diet are by far the most important factors. Clen is merely a small aid to your efforts. I know the advice on here is to sort your diet out and I'm usually pretty good at that part of things. With feeling pretty run down and hoping the clen would boost my metabolism I thought I'd eat how I like to. Its not a miracle pill unfortunately bro btw - welcome to MT

ORIGINAL: wheycasein Does it make sense adding caffeine and / or aspirin to Clenbuterol? Caffeine may possibly exacerbate the stimulus provided by clen. I wouldn't bother personally - clen is a potent drug. No requirement for aspirin.

I've seen elsewhere that you shouldn't use clen too close to a workout because it interferes with breathing. Well I've not been working out but have been noticing breathlessness just walking up hills which isn't usual. Is this normal? I've been taking 4 clen in the morning and 3 about 3pm. When they say too close what do they mean? If I wanted to do some exercise (squash or jogging) would it make any difference if I took 7 tabs in the morning and exercised at 4pm? It's been recommended here to take clen for 12 weeks, two weeks on and two weeks off. Is it then recommended never to take clen again or should you just leave it for a while?

Clen should actually help breathing. It is an asthma medication designed to assist those with difficulty breathing. I would limit clen usage myself, perhaps a 6 month break after use would be wise.

Also...with my heart beat increased on clen....how could running be good if my heart rate be peaking above 200???? -gracias!

Partyboy, I assume that if i didn't wish to stack with ECA that i could just do two weeks on and two weeks off following the tapering you suggested in the article, and just relying on good ol' fashioned diet and cardio alone in the two week off period? Or would you dose differently if you were going to use Clen on its own?

My boardname is somewhat ironic. I'm more of a pipe and slippers man in front of a warm fire (hmm, perhaps not the pipe lol). Novegam is a legitamate clen manufacturer in Mexico. Their products are most commonly seen throughout the U.S. rather than europe.

Hello there. I'm new to this forum and I have just ordered some clen. I'm 5'9" and about 127lbs. I can get down to 122lbs. through extreme dieting and work outs but I plateau out once I get to that weight. I would like to go down to 115 lbs. for I'm a model (by profession) and I have to go over to Asia on a long term modeling trip in 2.5 weeks. I know it's a drug and drugs work differently for everyone but can clen help me get down to my goal weight? I really need to lose this last bit of fat. My average comfortable weight is 125lbs. I would be grateful for any help or advice on to do this.

I have another question and this may help answer ckim421's question a bit. Though I am definitely not a model or a fitness fanatic and I'm not trying to be a size one- I just wanna look good naked. I find that challenging enough. I've used Clen for almost two weeks now and worked my way up to 80 mcgs. I know that I've worked out hard enough and ate perfect, but I only lost about 2 pounds a week. Which is really what I would have expected to lose without the Clen. My roommate on the other hand- worked out hard but didn't always watch what she ate- on occasion she had ice cream, carmel corn, chocolate crepes . . . She lost about 4 pounds a week. She does have more weight to lose than me- whereas, I'm after that last 10 pounds. I am wondering if it just doesn't work for me. Does it make sense for me to try again after my two weeks off? I am not looking for a miracle- just a little help. Thanks!

Welcome ORIGINAL: ckim421 I know it's a drug and drugs work differently for everyone but can clen help me get down to my goal weight? Clen only provides a small effect tbh. Its 95% diet and cardio, 5% drugs. You will need to stay ultra strict to overcome your bodys resistance to the weight loss. For arguments sake, lets say clen increases calorie expenditure by 5%, on a 2000 cal intake, the drug itself will only be utilizing 100 cals which in itself is practically nothing, but over time can be the difference between a good body and a great body. I think you're expecting far too much tbh to lose 12lb in 2 weeks from a base of only 127lb. If you're lucky you might get a 6lb loss. There may be a temporary fix for instances such as one-off model work which involves carb depletion. This will result in the body loosing water which can give the appearance of relatively rapid weight loss; whilst not fat but water, it is temporary weight loss. Seek further assistance in the diet forum for more info.

ORIGINAL: Seashell I've used Clen for almost two weeks now and worked my way up to 80 mcgs. I know that I've worked out hard enough and ate perfect, but I only lost about 2 pounds a week. That's a good result imo. 2lb - 3lb is a safe rate of loss. As said above, clen will not make a massive difference, just provides a little extra to your efforts. She does have more weight to lose than me- whereas, I'm after that last 10 pounds. The last few pounds are the hardest, and can appear impossible to shift. That's the reason you can see loads of ppl with decent phsiques, but few with really impressive ones. I am wondering if it just doesn't work for me. Does it make sense for me to try again after my two weeks off? I am not looking for a miracle- just a little help. Thanks! Yes it will be "working". Fat loss takes time, with or without drugs. I personally prefer Ephedrine over clen. Although the effect on metabolic rate may be reduced, it body stimulatory and appetite suppressive effects are of greater benefit especially when more exptreme measures are taken to try to lose the last remaining fat.

Thanks PartyBoy, I guess that makes sense. I upped my cardio to almost double, two pounds seemed normal for the effort I was making but I had hit a plateau before that. Sounds like Clen was helping me to slowly continue past the plateau. Cheers!

PB, are there any vitamins etc. that intefere with Clen ? I've just started my first 20mg today and will taper up as per the start of this thread but I take BCAA's, Cod Liver oil & a Multivitamin in the morning - Just wondering if this will effect the Clen in anyway. If might be a stupid question but I sooner ask than waste my money

Spotted this cycle on www.steroids.com "You can alternate your Clenbuterol use 1-week on, 1-week off for quite a while without noticing much of a decrease in effectiveness. People I know who follow this schedule recommend following the "alternate week" cycle for 8 weeks and then stopping for 3. (That's actually just skipping 1 week of Clenbuterol use. Because you wouldn't be taking "clen" during "week 8" or "week 10" on the cycle, technically you would only miss "week 9"). So if you're interested in making consistent muscle gains with Clenbuterol, this cycle may prove effective" Not sure how the overall results would compare with the 2 week on/off cycle but certainly your body had less time to recover although you are nearly 1000mg's less of Clen so maybe it balances to a point...... I've decided to do the 1 week on/off for the next 4 weeks and then finish the rest of the cycle 2 weeks on/off. I'm off to Barcelona for Easter weekend and although it won't be that hot I don't want the Clen keeping me warm too!
