Clenbuterol

Hi, I have purchased some clen which is 0.04mg is that 40mcg's? Could you advise me of what dosage to take, I hear a 2 week on 2 off for a max of 12 weeks is the best but how many tab's a day, do i start from one and go up to 3 a day. Help please.

yes mate ur correct in saying 0.04mg = 40mcgs
2 wks on 2 wks off is fine and works best imo
start on half a tab and work upto around 100-120mcg
after ur first 2 wker there isnt any need to taper up just start on half ur dose then up it next day

well guys, jus got my order of clen in, its in a white box with blue strip down the bottom of it, manufacturer is NIHFI and says clenbuterol NIHFI on one side and in russian or some language on the opposite side, dirctions are in russian, anyone familiar with this brand? plus the dosage os 0,02mg per tablet, is this correct. Yes, fairly popular brand. Your tabs are standard 20mcg (0.02mg)

During my 2 weeks off do i need to take something else to help the weight loss process? What sort of loss am i looking at?

i have decided to to take clen and im a female someone has told me it has male testosterone in it and it also doesnt work on its own u need to take T3 is this true? im doing it to lose weight

Also mate there is no english writing on the box and in anabolics 2004 it states that this is the sign of fake bulgarian clen. Do you know if the boxes have changed since then etc.?

"cart before the horse" springs to mind. Clen will do nothing for you if you don't have your diet nailed already. I suggest that you drop the clen, sort your diet out to ensure you are capable of losing weight naturally, then look to add the clen to aid the speed of fat loss.

basically im having 30g of carbs a day and loads of excercise as i did with the eph is that ok??

This tells me nothing tbh. You mightbe having 30g carbs and 500g fat per day!

Yes common brand. I understand boxes should have bulgarian/russian writing on the reverse. I'm not aware of any fakes.

Mine is the same on both sides with english writing, has anyone else used these or know anything about them?
