excellent info PB just got my order of clen and the info on cramps is usful as i suffer from cramps in my feet as it is.

Forgot to ask , would you still suffer from cramp if using the pct dose of 40mcg daily ?

New to this page but been around a while. I have just picked up some Clen. Manufacturer Dee-Pharma Limited. New Dheli. .02mg tabs. Have used other types before. Anyone come across this one ?

Can clenbuterol increase your ability to concentration during exams (making it an ideal time to dose)? Would it be a bad idea for me to use clen in conjunction with my ADD medication, Dexedrine (I ask since you recommend against using ephedrine with it)?

one question

if using clen post cycle during pct how much and how often should it be taken.

It would be run for the entire pct

so i take it from the info here that a good 12 odd week "stack" would be clen and eca (2 weeks of one and 2 weeks of the other) - for a beginners stack that is

i would then combine this with 3 days weights and 3 days cardio for optimum results or would there be a different route to follow which would be more effective?

Sounds good. Should prove fruitful in conjunction with diet & cardio.

I do a little more cardio when cutting. 4, maybe 5 sessions pw - generally 30-45 mins.

Don't reduce strength training through as the expense of more cardio

Yes seems reasonable. Always do your weights before cadio on days when you do both. Monitor energy levels and weight loss and adjust calorie intake/cardio accordingly.

I wouldn't personally. Energy levels are likely to be compromised which will lead to poorer performances during workouts. This in itself will cause a drop in calories expended.

PartyBoy, is Clen's effectiveness more apparent with a high (25) or midrange BF% (15)? Can I maintain my current calorific intake or is it more effective on a cutting cycle?
