Good gym set up for a non mma specific gym. Half a cage, padded walls, padded flooring, bags, pads, tyres, sandbags, sledgehammers. Not to mention the most extensive free weights area in the midlands, huge squating/deadlifting area, resistance machines, cardio area and a protein bar.

It's not about how much you can lift...it's about how much you look like you can lift! But if you can lift a small house then it certainly helps

Does anyone know of any clubs in Reading that do any training?

Yes Reading Reapers mate. Head Coach Phil Else Pro fighter, also Gaz Roriston takes a class on wednesdays or used to very very good and freindly atmosphere. They train at the COMA at Reading Rugby Club cant reme,ber times as they have changed since i was there. Also TNT fight school opposite Rivermead BJJ brown belt takes classes on a thursday night i think.
