Rasputin, What was it like? I've looked at it but was put off by; 1) The complicated timetable 2) None of the coaches were detailed 3) Looked aimed at the fitness crowd? I could be wrong, what's it like? Who are the coaches? Cheers fella.

The coaches are a few of the guys who used to run Pancrase. They know their onions.

Well its got Paul who is the ex pancrase coach. Think its aimed at class specific ie if your good striaght into advanced etc if you want to fight etc. Im looking at doing all the classes so should be good its a weird set up ie pay the fifty quid initial introduction fee but tbh facilities are wicked. Think the pay fifty quid deters the fitness type crowd tho should give it a look mate

Lumpini Thai Boxing at Ocean Gym in Southampton Great gym with some really friendly guys (and girls) there. Sean Toomey is an excellent instructor and as a result many of the fighters do well in national bouts. eg Tom 'Kong' Watson http://www.oceangym.co.uk/2.html
