I'm always messing about in the kitchen and came up with coffee jelly! I added some whey, I've tried it with ironscience coconut flavourered whey and some chocolate whey (I've tried them seperately and together) and I'm not sure if the protein is damaged or not during this process but it's still quite tasty nonetheless!
300mls of water in a shaker + 50 grams of whey, shake it.
300mls of boiling water + 1 pack of gelatin + a few tablet sweetners + 2 tea spoons of coffee
Pour the whey shake into a container of some sort (I use an empty 1kg tub of greek yogurt) then I add the coffee + gelatin mixture, stir it, stick the lid on it and whack it in the freezer for an hour or so.
When using the coconut whey, the jelly tastes a bit like toffee! well I think so any way!
You can eat this on its own, or do what I do and slap some jelly in a bowel and add a couple of big dollops of full fat greek yogurt
I normally get three servings out of this.
