Comp newbie 04 January 2012 17:04 (permalink)
Hi All (Sorry if this is the wrong section)
I love training and have been weight training for about ten years. As with most people I have had good years and bad. I would love to take part this year in NPA comp, but have no idea about diet and training. There is so much advice out there on the web about bodybuilding some what confusing. I am looking for a Coach and someone to help with the diet. Can you advice me of someone ideally in the south east (I live in Stevenage.)
Thanks
Chris

Hey dude, good luck with the training/dieting

Micky Mckay takes care of my prep and James also does prep programmes as well - links to both are in my signature

It's also a good idea to attend the BNBF London club which is is Monster gym in Cheshunt.. I wouldn't have been able to step on stage without the help and advice of this club, you don't have to be a BNBF member to attend, we welcome competitors from all feds

Here is the facebook group where there's some fantastic info

I wish i hand the help of a number of people on MT when i started out and lived as close as you do to middle of the UK were help is alot closer.

Pro help will have you step forward to your goals and not side ways or back as is so easily done on the road to the stage.

      Good luck Daz
