Competing this year 04 April 2006 15:53 (permalink)
Hi all, quick question.

Does cutting down to competition condition once a year more benifical in terms of building muscle overall or would it be better to just continue to bulk.

I no its a strange question but im not sure if i should compete or just keep bulking a mate of mine said its a good idea to strip down once a year to help overall muscle growth.

What do you guys /gurls think to this???

personally id say its always a good idea to have some kind of diet down even if your not competing... helps harden the muscle and helps you focus more.

most people grow better after a diet too!

If you do go for a comp it will probably spur you to new heights in your off season training.
