MY MAIN GOAL IS TO GAIN AS MUCH (LEAN MASS) AS I CAN WHILE LOSING A LITTLE BODY FAT
IVE DONE A CYCLE BEFORE. THIS WAS EPISTANE. I LOST SOME BF BUT DIDNT REALLY GAIN MUCH MASS THIS WAS DOWN TO POOR DIET I WOULD LIKE TO ADD.. MY DIET IS MUCH BETTER NOW AND IVE GAINED MUSCLE AND IM HOLDING ON TO IT WELL. BUT I WANT MORE LOL ( DONT WE ALL )
MY WORK-OUTS ARE GOOD BUT MY STRENGTH DOESN'T SEEM TO BE MOVING UP TOO WELL
