d/bell row..............x3. 12,10,10
deadlifts [from shins]....x4. 10,8,8,5 4.5plate last set.
Biceps.......; seated alt d/b curl.....x3. 15,12,10
preacher b/bell..........x3. 10,10,10dp
single arm preacher...x2. 15,15
Finished with some hyperextensions, bodyweight only.
Still feeling strong, stamina good throughout. Noticed was little flatter again today, but didnt eat as many carbs yesterday, back on diet as normal today.
102kg this morn, roughly 5lbs to make weight..5 weeks to go...certinly gonna be higher end of the class and proper RIPPED!...Happy days.....pass me that pizza [just kidding]!!!
