              bent over row.......x4..  12,10,8,6
              barbell shrug........x3..   10,10,10
              hammer single arm rw..x2.. 15,10
Finished off with high incline walk...25 mins
Training biceps @ 4pm...nothing left this morning!

      Had yesterday off all training, still felt beaten up this morning.
      Chest and triceps first thing.
      Chest.......; Hammer flat bench.....x4.. 15,12,8,8r/p
                         incline d/bell press.....x3.. 10,8r/p,6 dp set
                         incline fly....................x3.. 12,10,10
                         fly machine.................x7.. fst  12's
      Triceps......; Rope p/downs............x3.. 15,15,10dp
                         dips............................x3..  10,10,8r/p
                         dip machine................x2..  15,15
                         overhead cable ex.....x3..   12,12,8dp
      Crosstrainer for 20min ended a good session.
      Notice bit more detail coming through now, still havnt got under the weight but few more weeks to go yet, so not bothered as long as getting more ripped!! Cardio is twice daily now am and after last meal. Tired but wouldnt have it any other way!!!!

          Sleeping lot lighter, waking very easy. morning cardio fine, as is weight training session, just mid afternoon feel it the most, taking a green tea supplement around 3pm now seems to get me through it!!..Grin and bear it time!!

            Trained sat afternoon, Delts n' biceps.
            Delts..........; side raise machine........x7  fst 15's
                                hammer press...............x3  12,10,6dp
                                stand militry press........x3   10,8,8
                                rear delt machine.........x4   15,15,10,10
            Biceps........; olimpic bar curl.............x3   10,8,6r/p
                                 seat d/bell curl............x3    12,10,10
                                preacher machine.........x4   15,10,10,10
                                rope hammer curl.........x2   10,10
            Sat on the bike for around 20mins, interval training, fast/slow.
            Slight pull in neck when militry pressing, eased up by morning. Cardio in morning on the sunday, rest of the day chilling!!

              Was doing legs this morn, but changed to back at last minute to suit training partner! Its a bodypart i am trying to improve more so didnt mind.
              Back.......; rev grip pulldown.....x4.   15,10,10,8dp

                              bent over row...........x3.    12,10,8
                              rope pulley row........x3.    15,15,15
                              single arm cable row..x2.   10,10
              Held in the contracted position on most sets. Weight was slightly down but its all about the detail. Been concentrating on lower lats of recent and seeing slight improvement, pretty flat today, but more detail...6week to go..bring it!!

                  Cooked!!...Off to Ripped Gym in Harlow later today for a photo shoot for MT. Hope i got a bit left in the tank to do something! Should be good, few going, no doubt pics will be on the site soon.

                    Photoshoot at RIPPED GYM-HARLOW.
                    Met up with James, Ricardo,Helder and Simon Cohen yesterday for a few snapshots by Fivos.
                    As always with Fivos he wants the best out of you, so this was like another workout! The gym itself is well stocked with Hammer strength and Cybex equipment, with tons of weight and big dumbells, and they made us all feel right at home, will be making a trip down again for a workout, if you live nearby or fancy a trip to a top gym, i suggest you check this one out.
                    Simon is off to the states this weekend, so is in top nick and Ricardo is fresh from his middleweight win at the ukbff Leicester, so he to was in great shape. Helder and I held our own of course!! James kept his top on, but he was dying to have a posedown.
                    Met up with Lee Spencer who trains and works at the gym, he is doing the U100kg class at the Brit also, so i checked out the compertion as he ws me!! Nice fella, had a good chat but probably wont speak to each other till after pre-jugeing!! lol.
                    This was all done for Muscletalk and they own the pics, so am sure will be seeing some on here real soon..............

                            Early morning cardio today, walk for approx 60mins.
                            Weights mid morn...Back n' bis.
                            Back.......;  close-grip pull/d.....x4.  20,15,10,10 hold bottom
                                              pull/d behind neck..superset with..
                                           ...pull/d to front.......x3.   10,10,10 of each
                                              rev-gp bent over....x3.  10,10,8dp
                                              d/bell row..............x3.   12,10,10
                                              deadlifts [from shins]....x4.  10,8,8,5  4.5plate last set.
                            Biceps.......; seated alt d/b curl.....x3.  15,12,10
                                               preacher b/bell..........x3.   10,10,10dp
                                                single arm preacher...x2.  15,15
                            Finished with some hyperextensions, bodyweight only.
                            Still feeling strong, stamina good throughout. Noticed was little flatter again today, but didnt eat as many carbs yesterday, back on diet as normal today.
                            102kg this morn, roughly 5lbs to make weight..5 weeks to go...certinly gonna be higher end of the class and proper RIPPED!...Happy days.....pass me that pizza [just kidding]!!!

                                Hi Westy, Lee was looking full, kept his shirt on so didnt get to really see. He did strip down for James to have a look. He's got 5weeks to go and as a former brit champ sure will pull it in.!! Battle of the former u90kg brit champs, i won in 04, him in 05........Adding more class to this weight catorgory!
