Here's a few pics of Luke from a few days ago.  The pics are not the greatest quality though and the pants... well, say no more...!!!!!

These pics taken at after few days of depletion at around 7pm. But you can make out improved sweep and hams. Upper body even more improved, but saving that for weekend!!!....what a tease!!

Cheers for the other comments, as the pants, if Eric starts the bidding will sell!!!!!!!

Carb load began this morning after early walk, fed up with them already!! ...keep em coming!!

Luke is looking in brilliant condition now; I saw him today and he's carb loading and filling and drying out.

Here in Notts, 8am day of show. Dryed out overnight, am buzzing cant wait to get onstage! The usual fears of have eaten enough, am i dry, am looking flat are all gone. Ready for another coat of tan then weigh in are not long away, then the nerves start kicking in as everyone starts sizing each other up!!.......will update after today for my take on it.....its arrived!!!

Sunday morning in Notts. After waiting around so long, we were rushed on and it was over, quarterturns and comparasions only, no posing routines because running late! 20 boys from 92kg up to 99kg showing it off, as you'd expect at a britain finals, no duds!!....was in 4 callouts out of 7 so had my fair share of work to do. Made the top 10 and do it all again later, cant wait!!
Didnt have real time to pump up but cant complain it was the same for all. Good feedback from a few, some i've spoken to, but need to fill out more and be darker, both things i can do. Feel much better in myself today, for some reason just didnt feel right yesterday...........round 2 later.....

And so its done!! Didnt make top6 in my class just wasnt good enough this year, but will be next. Have room to grow in this class and it will start again wednesday!! Good time to grow after a show and i intend to take full advantage........
Will add, that although fuller today, did lose slight condition but felt i was a top5......as for Doytan [sp] getting 6th...no way had him first or second...... but win some lose some its all about the compertion, and i still love it so will be onstage again one day...only better!!!!!...........until the next time!

Good to hear Luke, you seem to take the positives I like that in a guys make up.

tough show today mate, thought you would have been top 6, but thats how it goes i guess! 

tan would have benefitted from being a little darker IMO mate

come back bigger and better for next year and its yours

unlucky luke a big class and a tough one, took on the chin like a pro are you planning on geting an early qualifer again or taking time out. will you will working with james next year or taking a different approach. i thought the bloke you helped gaz smith looked really good i had him up there and a great routine but that was also a very tough class. good luck for the future graham
