Couple of workouts to update, Legs on tuesday eveything in the 20-30 rep range, pretty pumped. Today was chest,delts,triceps still dc style with widowmaker plus extra high rep iso-movement, lost bit water weight, looking fuller abs clearly visible. All good, touch wood its on.....thinking ahead now for the first time this year!........now it begins!

Smashed Legs today, hamstring first added in stiff leg d/lift......high reps 20plusx3 Freebar front squat, found hard to control bar..x3 Leg press.........x2 25,30........340kg Extensions.......x1 lots...kept dropping down. Still suffering now as i sit here typing!

Update for this week, good sessions, chest/delts/tris in one dc style. Then back/bis usual sets, reps, today was legs, dc style. All great, strength up, full, dropped bit of water/fat with higher intensity. Recovery improved also, taking in supp's more regular now, made big difference.....better focus now till the end result.....its on!! [Again!!]

Gym time. Today was chest/delts/triceps combo. Usual fast pace, Dc style mainly..... Chest;.... Incline d/b press......x3 15,15,12r/px2 50's. Smith incline press....x2 12,15 Delts; Hammer press.........x3 15,12,10r/px2 machine raise..........x1 20 81kg D/b lateral raise.......x1 dropset 50rep total. Triceps; Skullcrushers on incline....x3 15,15,8r/px2 rope p/down...........x5 fst 15 Abs; hanging raise...........x3 25,20,15r/px2 side raise................x1 each side. 15. Big un', bit drained, drinks in, extra dinner, BOOM!

Trained at flex today, bis and back with Adam [he's doing classic class at MT bedford show], Hit bis first dc style, get them guns up. E-z bar curl x4 15,15,10r/px2, 20 preacher barbell x2 15, 10dropset 6 crucifix curl x3 15,12,10 increse each set back. reverse gp pulldown x3 15,15,10r/px2 wide front p/down x1 18 rev bent over row x3 15,12,10 up to 3platesx2 Finish with forearm cable x1, andwrist curl behind back x2......smashed! Fast pace, kept it pumping, feel good, posedown after.....got joint 1st!!!

Couple of updates for this week. Trained Delts/hams/calves in bodyshapers gym, Kettering, Havnt trained there for long while, great gym, some new kit in there, good to train in different gym keeps it fresh. Did normal kind of workout for delts, rest/pause on hams calves. Chest triceps at Flexibilty gym-Bedford on friday, total 10sets for chest, 7 for triceps, rep range 8-15. Stronger on incline d/bell press,did barbell incline also. Will miss quads this week, got slight niggle in left knee so few extra rest days wont hurt. Will be golds later for second back/bis workout of the week.
