Like Luke i've used plasmajet, superpump and sizeon can't go wrong with Gaspari TBH. I found that i needed to take the PJ a good few hours before training, not sure what time of day you train but i used to take the PJ first thing around 7.00am breakfast half hour later then superpump before training which was at 9-9.30am. That worked best for me.

     Hey Sam how,s things mate??

I have ben taking 5 plasmajet more or less with the superpump about half hour before I train, sounds like I need to take it earlier!! I train about 11 so perhaps have it about 9 you think mate??

HTH and hope you're well mate
    Sam

        Thats cool I understood mate..

Yeah i'd move the PJ to earlier.. See you are only using 5 which is half the dosage but that worked fine for me (both of us are a tad lighter the Luke..) as i said found mine best 2-3hours PreWO but i also took them on an empty stomach, i'd start with somewhere between 8-9am depending on your eating times and space away as far as poss.

Yeah i'm good mate you down Golds anytime soon ?, hope you are well ?

Vey tired this weekend, didnt sleep as good as have been, still did cardio on sunday, in the form of a long evening stroll[in the rain]!
Back training this morning. Arms at Flexibility, children on hols now so trained with my son Alex.
                  Biceps......Stand d/bell curl...... x4.. 15,10,10,6r/pause.
                                   b/bell curl............... x3..  10,8,6r/p.
                                   D/bell preacher........x2.. 10,8
                                   cable preacher.........x2.. 10,8
                  Triceps...... close-grip press.......x3.. 12,10,8
                                    V-bar p/down...........x3.. 10,10,10
                                    cable kickback..........x3.. 10,10,10
                                    overhead rope ext...x3.. 10,8,6drop
Great pump. Alex lasted the distance and couldnt scratch his nose afterwards, that'll teach him!!
Cardio later, gonna hit the bag for 30mins, find that really works the core muscles, a good cardio workout.

Had Luke [RAYNER23] in today for a Flexpex routine, Sharon is doing a routine for his show, NPA middleton in 02.08 i belive. He's looking good, great natural shape, waist to shoulder taper is freaky!
He's been given a hard routine to do, first time he heard/saw it today and he just about nailed it.
So Luke, if your reading this, practice, practice, practice! Stick at it mate, diet and all, nearly there now. Was busy today shame couldnt chat more, until the next time...

what time are you at monster gym on saturda?

Arriving 1.30pm. Fivos wants to get cracking by 2pm. Gym shuts at 4pm, so have time to get some good shots. Looking forward to it, looks like a good gym.
