Cycle has amazed me, lost a good amount of bodyfat, although not my main intention I've been doing HIIT after every session, gained a good amount of muscle, the scales are up, but asthetically out of all my cycles, this one has made the most difference, body composition has changed a lot!
 
Back to normal for a while, then cracking on with another.

Company mate - ditto the Olympia.

It's worth going to the Olympia because even though it's slightly smaller (expo wise), you're in Vegas so you have all the clubs, hotels and activities you can normally do as well. Personally I thought more people made it out to the Olympia than the Arnold (at least this year) too. At the Olympia you had VPX, ALRI, BBS.....and here there were some cool brands but some obvious biggies (e.g. VPX) missing from the show.

Glad it's worked out so well for you! Can't ask much more than losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time lol! :)

Haha, I remember going to an Internet show like......I don't know, 6 months back and the best thing about bodybuilding shows in comparison is that you can't turn anywhere without there being another *stunner* in the way lol.

Internet expo = geeky people and businessmen trying to sell you software
Bodybuilding show = girls with six packs yet are still feminine lol

in shape women = DREAMLAND.
would love to go to an international expo like the Arnold or Olympia.. sayin that, Bodypower had some proper hotties last yr. hopefully wil do this yr too

It just makes any barbell into a thick one for grip work - it's neat for working your grip, since it's relatively decent value and the handles seem well made.

Yep, I didn't see the appeal so much as there was more talking there than actual lifting....but it seemed very popular. Some big guys there too. Animal has a massive following, their store must have sold epic amounts of Paks, Pumps, Cuts etc. whilst they were there.
