I wish i had been to the Arnold, ive never been to any shows but going to the UKBFF in warrington, i think Red Man is coming too.

Oh and Thai ive sorted it with that bird i was talking about, i just went up to her.. she's coming round tomorrow night i'll let you know how it goes, she seems keen

Haha, there's a few bits that aren't on there that I picked up on Sunday. That's Saturday's stash. No doubt Mobster who was over there too will have got some cool stuff!

They were actually really cool.

Not that much. Some cool and unique event clothing, a photo of Arnold (he came by the area we were in) and so on. But, probably what with my injuries and all, I found the idea of working the event a bit much so mostly chilled backstage. I have a bunch of photos (200??) being sorted out. The crowds watching the strongman and Mighty Mitts event numbered more than will have seen the Classic. It is kind of neat being up in front of around 8000 but not as daunting as I thought it might be.

No just picked up their cards - so much cool stuff over there it's a case of "eyes bigger than mouth" lol! We may import some in future, have to talk to them about it properly though.

1MR = 1 More Rep by BPI. It's a pre-workout formula that's heavily stim / focus based a bit like USP Jack3d but with less servings needed.

Will do - they're only a tiny company so might do cheap international shipping? I know Ross does for his training books, they might ship them for $11 ish if you need them soon.

I can't tell who "the blonde" is. There doesn't seem to be any blondes. I can only see a brunette and two girls with highlighted hair both of which could be described as a yellow colour. Which one is it?

I did see the fatgripz stand and it seems like a good idea. I'd mostly be concerned with durability and ease of affixing and or removing them.

I think I saw that stand! They had a dumbell with a 3inch handle i think? Some crazy stuff, one of the guys said I should try it but knowing how much my grip sucks i wouldn't wanna be embarrassed haha!

Thai I actually just bought a pair of fatgripz out of sheer boredom just now because I cant sleep. Worked out to £30 delivered.

That's not a stand. That's the main stage in arena D. Same as the Arnold Strongman (we bookended their competition) I did, however, pretty much go round all the stands which had grip stuff on them. MHP, sponsors of the Mighty Mitts event, had an Inch on theirs and I picked that up. Slaters had a baby Inch, Inch and some huge checker plate type thing - all picked up. I did the Grip Gauntlet on the GNC stand (successfully I might add) and even closed a CoC 3.5 on the arm wrestling stand with no chalk (best that day according to the lady running it). Others too.

I also, by way of warming up, did thumbless pick ups (cos 3-inches is too damned wide) of the dumbbells they used in the storngman event. The one back stage was 181-pounds and the one they pressed on strage 225lbs. I've photos of some of the lifts I'm working on getting on-line.

Ive had a chat with felix and he's crazy big, really nice dude too but made me feel tiny and im not small either at 6 foot

Yep. They had Mark at 280 and I'm 296 at 6'3 this morning although some of that is water on my still knackered thigh. Mark's leaner than me so looked bigger. Wade (far right) was 297 and Rich W and Tex H were both 350 or so.
