Couple pics from the Arnold in case anyone's interested:

Both really nice guys - Gunter especially, had a bit of a chat with him whilst at the booth and he was super-friendly, chilled...just a cool guy.

These girls were by the BSN booth - blondie is definately my future wife! She was just *fit* in person lol.

What's the process, just get tickets, flights, accomodation?

(Oh by the way that cycle you recommended to me has been excellent, just finishing up next week)

Buy tickets, fly on a 2 legged route from Manchester to either Philly, Newark or ....I think there was somewhere else, then get second flight from there to Columbus. Rent a car, get hotel room. Hotel's aren't bad, car rental is reasonable, flights are a bit more than NY but not as much as LA.

I went Manchester --> Newark --> Columbus. Newark is a cool airport, loads of good food places, plentiful seating and stores to wander round whilst you're waiting for your connection.

Outside the show, there is nothing to do. I know quite a few of the industry guys, but if I didn't, you'd be bored in the evenings so worth coming with mates.

Personally, I preferred the Olympia as that's in Vegas, and Vegas is awesome - I love Vegas lol! :)

Glad the cycles working well for you btw! The sort of progress you expected?

Gunna try and get out to the Olympia, sounds incredible, makes me excited just thinking about it!

Was this a personel venture or one done for the company?

Cycle has amazed me, lost a good amount of bodyfat, although not my main intention I've been doing HIIT after every session, gained a good amount of muscle, the scales are up, but asthetically out of all my cycles, this one has made the most difference, body composition has changed a lot!

Back to normal for a while, then cracking on with another.
