Back last night session was awesome my lats were totally blown. I also done some trx jacknifes which really battered my core.
X trainer 40 mins

Cv this morning 30 mins lightly jogging around the streets of London in the cold argggg. :-) the cut is going well training is at a completly new level. Diet is good I did treat myself yesterday to a bacon sandwich first treat in nearly 3 weeks not bad I think. I enjoyed every bite as well :-)

    Hi everyone I am still alive appologies for my updates being lame I have had no time at all ATM due to work. I am doing my cv every morning for 30 mins on weekends on my spin bike in the warm lol. In the week is a combination of walking up & down 14 flights of stairs or walking outside depending on location and weather.
    Trained chest yesterday high reps moderate weight squeezing every rep & fighting the negative. Back today at my local gym yay a real gym I won't be there long as I will be training on my own today so 40 mins tops ideally 30 mins get in & get out. Weight holding @ 13 st ATM I have gained a few pounds but I think the test has kicked in as I am a lot leaner overall. Really enjoying the cut still diet is 100% & training is also bang on.

          Weigh in today @ 12st 12lb so a 2.5lb loss over last week. Brings my total loss to 7lb in just under 3 weeks, measurements are the same ATM. Diet is still 100% no slip ups at all. Carb cycling now with 3 days low & then 2 high it's not to bad ATM but its early days. Training is awesome lots of giant sets & supersets along with a lot of very high reps. This week is a mixture so heavier weights & lower reps. Overall happy with the way it is going as I am much heavier than I was during my last cut & leaner already.

              30 mins cv spin bike followed by 300 broom stick twists followed by kettlebell swings with 20kg's completly lost count as I was on the verge of puking so intense thus morning :-)
              Weighed in again this morning as I felt über lean for a change drum roll 12st 9lb's 3.04 drop overnight the carb cycling is working yay. Total loss in three weeks 10lb's and I still have size in my arms chest & legs get in. Gym session at 9.30 I will update when I return.

                Leg extensions 4 sets of 25 reps weight unknown as I was back in my gym and all the no's are worn off lol it was heavy enough to touch my quads lol.

                Lying hamstring curls with stiff leg deadlifts
                4 x 25 - 20kg's same for both

                Hack squat super set with leg press
                3 x 25 - just the sled ass to ankles
                3 x 50 - 70kg's

                Squats
                3 x 20 - 70kg's

                Legs totally burnt out no more reps in the tank, do much harder training in the morning.

                    30 mins spin bike as its way to early to go outside & do cv lol I no I am a big girl lol. Either a well deserved day off the iron tonight I have not decided ATM. If I do have a day off then shoulders & triceps tomorrow with 3 days off in a row sounds good I might just go for that option :-)

                        I am still alive lol.
                        Cv is still currently @ 30 mins fasted in the mornings. Only 5g of glutamine & 5g of bcaa's to keep me going :-)
                        Cv is at 7 days a week ATM.

                        Going to change my split to;

                        Friday = back
                        Saturday = chest & triceps
                        Sunday = legs
                        Monday = shoulders & biceps

                        The change is to guarantee I get my gym sessions in as working away it's difficault to train. This will give me three days off the iron in a row to recover :-)

                        I feel leaner but the official weigh in / measurements will be taken Saturday am. I feel I am making great progress & I am on point to be ripped :-)

                            Cardio is now going to be increased to 45 mins 7 days a week at this point. Training will be four days in a row not ideal but it's manageable for me.
                            Weight loss this week 0 hence the change, I do look a fair bit tighter & leaner but noes the time to put the hammer down.
                            Trained back yesterday at my home gym which was awesome tunes banging & a great atmosphere as always :-)
                            Chest & triceps done already the gym was -8 inside absolutely freezing but after a fast warm up on the treadmill and a ton of push ups I was ready. Just had steak & broccoli post workout heaven. Chilling out the rest of the day watching transporter back to back followed by Bourne it gets no better than this :-)

                              Revised diet as from today no carbs only after a workout. Hopefully this will get the bf lower.
                              Much happier with the revisions :-)

                              Legs today

                              Leg extensions
                              4 x triple drop set 20,20,20

                              Hack squat super set
                              3 x 25 - 30kg's

                              Stiff leg deadlifts db superset ^^
                              3 x 15,15,10 - 20kg's dissapointed as reps were well down on last week :-(

                              Leg press
                              1 x 100 - 70kg's

                              Squat
                              3 x 20 - 70kg's

                                45 mins cv on the spin bike first thing fasted.
                                Weighed in today @ 12st 6.6lb so total loss in 5 weeks is 12.04lb real happy def coming off slowly hopefully increased cv will teas a bit more fat off :-)
                                Arms are vascular along with my chest & even in my quads which is unreal for me. Mid section is tighter but still needs a fair bit of toning :-)

                                    Diet slightly changed as I have phased out carbs apart from post workout & I have increased healthy fats.
