I will be here for the next twelve weeks to get into the best shape of my life, well that's the plan. I will post up my full diet & training split as well as peds. Looking foreward to joining the rest of you and reading your logs. Good luck to everyone. Off to the pub for a good meal tonight & a full roast tomorrow before the fun begins lol.

I am 35 years old been into training since my early teens. Been on all sorts of diets but only tried to get in shape a few times. Being consistent was always an issue in the past. Two years ago I broke my hip & it all went wrong no training went off food sheer hell. But I am back legs are my weakest part as I have only just been able to train them hard so this is one of my goals. I entered the monster supplements contest early this year and I did get ripped. I had help from Matt Wild (aka papa) who I no is on here to. I had a bit of a roller coaster ride since then with family illness etc. but now I am ready to commit again.

My stats are:
6ft
13st 3lb
Bf loads
Waist 34"
Biceps 14"
Quads 22"
Calfs 16
Chest 40"

              Day one

C.v first thing 20 mins power walk this will increase as time goes on & intensity will by upped.

Back tonight was good really concentrated on squeezing every rep holding the rep for the count of two & resisting the negative. Even though light weights were used my back is super pumped.

C.v 20 mins power walk done. Back aches like hell after last nights session. It just shows its not all about doing loads of weight as I can actually say only my back aches.
Chest & triceps tonight which will be moderate weight & squeezing every rep. Feel super motivated ATM even though I am away from home which is always difficault.

                      C.v power walk am.
Bloody hard day at work today had to help the fitters fit a massive sliding doors weighing 175kg's. Totally knackered for the gym just sucked it up and hit it.
Same as yesterday squeezed every rep & fought the negative, I have never been so knackered from working out. Another spot on day for the diet. All going well at this early stage. C.v in the morning & the evening nothing whoop whoop.

At a differant hotel tonight, stairs are not an option for c.v in the morning. So it's wrap up & hit the pavement, another pain in the arse in north London can't find a gym so a kettlebell workout it is. Not to bad though as it will hit the muscles from a new way .

No gym tonight but that's not going to
Stop me. Kettlebell routine completed shoulders & biceps hit the muscles from all angles. Only used a 8kg kettlebell but kept the reps high & went to complete failure. Home tomorrow so depending on what time I get home it should be legs @ the gym. Diet 100% actually finding it real easy ATM don't miss anything at all. The weekend will be a test around family & friends going to coffee shops. Won't crack though green tea for me.

Legs completed tonight totally battered them.
Very high reps 660 in total over four exercises. All sets were to failure then rest pause to achieve more reps. Legs are on fire still I trained them @ 5 & it feels like I have just finished my last set. Quick summary of my working week been in London away from home but all food has been spot on. And no meals missed all on time which is great but quite difficault at times. I managed to get to a gym three times this week so I only needed to do one kettlebell routine in the hotel. Tbh that workout in the room killed me to so I am getting the same intensity into my workouts. No cheat meal this week for me going straight through to next Saturday. Which is not an issue at all tbh. I really feel back in control of my diet as I was lost for a bit. And now I am actually eating for a purpose instead of eating for the sake of it.
