Ive not once crashed on Craze and have used a few times now. I found 1 scoop is perfect mix of everything, good focus, some energy, good pumps, excelent endurance and state of mind. I was curious, and upped to 1 and half, to see what would happen. An increased pump, and a kinda spaced out feeling tbh...had trouble sleeping on both a scoop and a scoop and a half so... i take a preworkout, usually no later then 3pm, and go to bed by 12-1. I think its a good product, but the only negative for me atm is the sleep issue

I've been using Craze since around 20th December and one of the things I enjoy most about it is the lack of a crash. Only negatives for me are impact to sleep and I've also experienced nausea on a few occasions.

Yeah id say its a natural soothing feel after workout, noway is it a crash or anything like that.. a crash is the kinda thing you get off high ammounts of stims, on an empty or next to no food intake in the stomach then yes...crashes usually can kick in mid workout or straight after you tie down... headaches, tired, yawning alot, no appertite, feel hungover etc etc...those are some of the symptoms what id use to describe a proper crash <<
