Crazy Water loss!! Alcohol as a diuretic? 30 October 2009 18:56 (permalink)
Hi guys thanks for reading my post. I know allot of you will cringe at reading this but here goes.

I'm following this water loss technique:
http://www.tmuscle.com/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance_diet_mass/shredded_in_6_days

for thos who cant be assed reading it ive incresed water and dropped carbs all week and tomorrow evening i plan to drop water and increase carbs all day, in short,

my problem is that I have to go out for my girlfriends birthday tomorrow night also and i'm going to have to drink alcohol. Can i use this to my advantage, dangerous i know, as my diruretic?

the plan is to look awsome for sunday evening where i am going topless to a fancy dress party for halloween.

if i can do this, which to be honest i have no choice. I want to know what is best to drink. I know i have to keep my vols of liquid down so would straight gin or vodka be ok, otherwise wine as it is a strong diruretic. please let me know your advise.

I have to go now dying for a pee.

thanks in advance.

If I was you, I would go out and get wrecked. I would then go to the fancy dress topless, get wrecked and not care about how much water I may or may not be holding.

Unless you are quite lean, it prob wont make much difference anyway.

Can't you just pretend to drink loads of booze, when not really.  And act drunk so she thinks you are?  Honestly, don't be pressured by others!
