Yeah, just wondered what other options there were in terms of ready made products.

Price. Utter waste of money. Why should the sum of a products parts be more expensive than those parts individually? And don't say 'convenience', such a cop out!

              Now you.

                Now you.

Why is it a cop out?

Everything can be done cheaper can't it? Do you eat eggs? Do you buy them from a supermarket?

If so, it's a cop out. Why don't you buy a few chickens, after all the eggs will work out cheaper then.

By the way, did you have an answer to my question?

Which, by the way, was about creatine free post workout drinks, not whether buying a ready made product was a good idea.

You are suggesting that the difference in convenience between buying eggs in a shop and farming them yourself is comparable to the difference in convenience between taking a scoop out of one tub and putting it into a shaker and taking a scoop out of two tubs and putting them into a shaker. Damn I just got pwn3d. No I don't have an answer to your question sorry.

No, I'm suggesting that the issue of convenience is not one that can be dismissed with a general phrase like 'cop-out'.

Otherwise, where do you draw the line?

You have no idea of anyone's circumstances, how busy they are, how many hours they work, how things that might be considered convenience can make a difference.

                    That's all.

I use microwhey and add some additional leucine to this - with water.

whats the other things you want in it mate ?

are you saying protein and carbs but no creatine?

I spose PWO shake is different for different people for me its just Protein with some added Leucine and bit of dextrose but as for the original question those all in one drinks i think most of the time they do put creatine in with them like Reflex one stop ,recovery XS from MP ect I cant think of any with a brand name without creatine off hand asuming you mean those all in one type .
