Creatine in an all in 1 question.

Sorry if this has been covered, I did a search but couldn't find what I was looking for.
If taking 5g of Creatine mono a day it is recommended to have a break after 8 weeks use.
Why does no one recommend taking a break when using an all in 1 that contains 5g Creatine mono. Maybe they do and I am just missing something but I have never seen it anywhere.

As Echo states a break isn't required for creatine.
