Creatine...advice needed
10 November 2009 21:32
( permalink)
I've been using PHD synergy (an all in one if any one doesn't know) for a long time but im really starting to get bored of the taste and will be switching to a bog standard portien mix for my daily shakes. I want to carry on supplementing with creatine and I was wondering which is he best in everyones opinion. I've been looking around but theres so many to choose from, would prefer to take in tablet form as it suits my lifestyle but any other suggestions will still be appriciated. Thanks

Best is to start with creatine mono. It is the cheapest and works great for most people. Is also flavourless so can mix with anything. They do come in tabs though as well. Most branded companies sell creatine mono in some form or another, and the bulk suppliers sell it pretty cheap as well.

any proven differences between taking it in tablet form though? Don't want to be worse off by taking tabs instead of adding it to my shakes.

No mate. After the cap desolves it is still just the same powder.
