legs and shoulders is too much on one day! so the split needs changing, maybe 1)chest shoulders tris 2) legs 3) back and bi's or 1)chest, back width, tris 2) legs 3) shoulders, back depth, bi's id also move the training about for better recovery, so train monday wednesday and friday, with wednesday being legs. cardio tuesday and thursday as you have it
