Hi not posted on here in a while and its been a while since id been to gym but recently started back in the new year after not going down for over a year. Going to be going down 5 times a week with 3 weight sessions and 2 cardio sessions with 10 mins cardio after weight aswell.  Anyways does this routine look ok to start off with? Thanks for any advice in advance.

Leg press 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Barbell row 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Bicep curls 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Tricep pushdowns 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Finished off with 10 minutes on the runner

Cardio
10 minutes on runner

That's a good all over routine; stick with it for 8-10 weeks, then move to a split
