Cutting Bodyfat Help
so im looking to cut my body fat now ive been at it at around 3 months starting with weights then do circuits before i leave 4 - 5 times a week some times chucking in a 5 mile jog and i play soccer every saturday.
now ive been at it 3 months and ive lost around 8 pounds and gained alot of strength i had 6 months out of gym -.- so i started off with a 30 kg bench now im at 80 kg and dumbell press 35 kg also so i now ive gained strength but i feel that if i lost 8 pounds of body fat god that would be alot right? i feel like somethings not right and this week i feel ive gained fat not lost it my diet is
8 am breakfast - protein shake whole grain toast 1 slice no butter
10 am protein fruit
11:30 am chicken salad protein shake
5 pm work out lasts about 1 hour 15 mins
7 pm mainly omellette or any kind of meat with some veg protein shake
now i feel that is a good diet but im not seeing the gains i thought i would be seeing if you catch my drift or maybe im doing something wroung any ideas?
