hi people's, thought I'd post my cutter diet to which I've lost 7lbs over the last 4 weeks with, whilst maintaining all my lifts and increasing a few. Calorie calculator tells me it's around 2200-2400 calories, I personally think it's a few more. Waist size has shrunk by 3-4 inches(srs)
Meal 1-
Banana
Oats
Meal 2-
Tesco chunky chicken 240g
Cottage cheese(with pineapple) 150g
Meal 3-
4 big mouth full's of peanuts
Meal 4-
Boditronics express whey protein shake
4 tbs of tesco chunky peanut butter
Meal 5-
Boditronics express whey protein shake
2x hard boiled eggs
Meal 6-
1 large tesco chicken breast
2 veg portions (usually broccoli and brussells)
It looks like it's coming out around 2200-2400 calories with 220-240g's of protein.
Macro's looks to be 25/25/50 fats, carbs, proteins
