Ive decided that i want to lower my body fat after a lean bulk.
 
im currently 6ft 185lb (with **** legs!)
i'd estimate my bf at 14%
 
here is my cutting diet
 
Wake 6.30 am
Strong black tea / coffee 
1scp MP Whey in water
Multi Vits
2 Omega Tabs
 
7.00 breakfast
Porridge: 50g oats + skimmed milk + tsp sugar 
3 egg whites + 1 egg yolk scrambled 
1 orange
 
10.00
100g chicken breast 2 oatcakes 
Fruit 
Mug green tea 
 
12.30
180g tuna or mackerel salmon or chicken breast 30g wholemeal pasta or basmati rice Large mixed salad Mug green tea 
 
15.00
100g chicken breast 
2 oatcakes 
Fruit 
Mug green tea 
 
4:30 pre-workout
 
20g whey protein powder in water 2 oatcakes Banana Drink water 
 
45mins intense weight training immediately followed by 20mins Cardio
 
17:30 post workout
1scp MP Whey + 1scp MP Oats + 5g Creatine in water 
 
Evening meal
60 mins later

150g lean red meat or 180g salmon steak
40g wholemeal pasta or 40g basmati rice or 2-3 small boiled new potatoes Large serving mixed vegetables

22:30 Bedtime
200g cottage cheese

    Looks like a great diet!
     
    It's quite calorific for weight loss; however, if you're including good amounts of cardio, then you should get good results

      I'm training push/pull/legs routine Monday, Wednesday, Friday then, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday etc etc and each session finishing with 20mins cardio.

        Only thing I would change is dropping fruit and replacing with veg to redice frutose in there.

          I appreciate your comment Mick, but i dont really listen to the nonsense on too much fruit being bad in a diet, fruit is a healthy source of natural food which should be incorporated into everybodys diet. I cannot see it effecting my results.

                  This looks like something I'm looking into doing. I'm more or less the same stats as you. I had my heart set on running the dp keto diet but I'm quite concerned with muscle loss.
