hi i would just like some comments/advice on this ten week cut.
 
im 14 stone 16% body fat - plan to get to 8%
 
Gear - 1.25 ml of tren ace/pw split in two jabs. wk 1-5
           1.25 ml of test e split in the same two jabs wk 1-10
50mg of winny tabs ed wk 5-10
 
Diet / cardio
 
Start cutting on sunday the 21st march .  this for ten week..
 
You will be doing 45 minutes cardio, first thing in the morning .
 
Then its:
 
Meal 1 which is 50grams oats cooked in water or bowl of cereal with skimmed milk or 2 slices of wholemeal toast, 2 scoops protein
 
Meal 2  chicken breast, bag of steam veg, 2 spoons olive oil
 
Meal 3 2 scoops protein in water
 
Meal 4 2 scoops protein in water
 
Meal 5 Chicken breast, bag of steam veg, 2 spoons of olive oil
 
Meal 6 –lean turkey or chicken breast, bag of steam veg, 2 spoons olive oil
 
That will be your diet Sunday to Friday.
 
Your Saturday re feed diet is
 
Meal 1 2 bacon rolls
 
Meal 2 150grams chicken, 50grams rice
 
Meal 3 something like burger king/kfc
 
Meal 4 150grams chicken, 50grams rice
 
Meal 5 2 scoops protein in water
 
Meal 6 meal like nandos, curry, any takeaway etc
 
You need to stick to this religiously and do AT LEAST 2 x 30 minutes cardio a day for six days, none on Saturdays.
 
You will need to eat every meal as missing a meal will make your body store fat for energy as your starving it and diet will not work.
 
Drink at least 3 litres water per day.

    Cant coment on your cycle mate as nobody knows what the doses are 1.25ml means nothing, you need to give your dose in mg i.e. 100mg

    The compounds used are ideal for a cut though, test, tren & winny are a good choice.

    Diet looks o.k. but I would not use the saturady diet, eating burger king, KFC, fried food & take away on a rest day seems a pointless waste to me, I would run the diet 7 days & have maybe one cheat meal on the sat not a whole day of bad eating.

      Yer like said, cant see that saturday helping atall! Just stick to 1 cheat snack
