Hey guys, im new to cutting so any advice welcome.
Meal 1
Shake (50g whey, 100g oats, 500ml semi skimmed milk, EV olive oil)
Bananna
Meal 2
8 egg whites 3 full eggs
Snack
Handful of almonds (30g)
Meal 3
200g chicken 100g brocolli
Snack
Handful of almonds (30g)
Meal 4  (PWO)
Shake (50g whey 500ml water)
Bananna
Meal 5
200g chicken 100g broccoli
Snack
handful of almonds (30g)
Meal 6
300g Cottage cheese
 
Other supplements
Omega 3 Fish oil
Multi vit
 
Cardio will be a variation of HIIT and 45-50min jogs done 4/5times a week, along with 3 days a week in the gym.

    A little confused by this is is generally low carb but you have a huge 100g of oats and a cows udder's worth of milk all for breakfast stacked with a banana!?
     
    What are you attempting here as you have another banana later but for most meals avoid carbs.
     
    Also why bin egg yolks - they contain a good amount of protein and you are obviously correctly not avoiding fats given the EVOO and nuts etc - Have 5 whole eggs rather then 8 and 3, cheaper too!
