I'm female, five foot ten and about 220 lbs. I've been told cutting is a good way to lose weight quickly and I think it would give me the incentive to stay slim. I ea alot of salmon and mash with vegetables, I eat quick healthily but its the crap I eat in between that causes the problem. I don't find it hard to eat ten slices of bread in a day so I think I need to cut down drastically. I have started taking appetite supressants and they are working well but I've only lost 4 lbs in 2 and a half weeks and I believe it to be just water weight. Any ideas on sort of diet plan I should have?

    My wife is the same she likes her bread ,but as you send you know what you are doing wrong eatting bread and snacking,address the things you know that need fixing and you will be one step head in you goal to move that fat.
