Cybergenetics

Has anyone ever used supps from these guys???

I used the Total Bodybuilding system about 4 years ago and got some great gains but I'm not sure if they came from the diet and training regiem rather than the supps.

I remember when cybergenics first came out and considered it.If I remember rightly the training regime they recommended while using the stuff was ridiculously high volume. There was a system called 'phase one' which was the routine you could do to prime yourself for the proper cybergenics routine.Like Trebor says above, there was this fella Franco Santorielle, with before and after pictures and it showed his chest gaining about 8 inches etc.Methinks cybergenics weren't the only supplements he was taking.Lot of hype to be honest.

I'm reluctant to recommend Cybergenics to anyone else because of all the bad reports but it worked for me. I was ready to give up on bodybuilding after a couple of years of (mostly) Nautilus training.
I bought a half price 60 day kit and followed the course exactly. It's very hard 6 days a week training and vey strict diet.
My biceps went from 13 1/4 inches pumped to just under 15 inches cold - probably a 2 inch gain. I added 4 or 5 inches to my chest, lost weight from my stomach and had to replace all my clothes.
Some people at my gym asked if I was on steroids.
Further 60 day courses has only small effects.

I did get some great gains in strength and size as said by Al but I am unsure if it is worth the money as I’m convinced that the diet and training regime is why I gained so well. The diet as stated was very strict, which I felt was difficult to adhere too and the training was full on, which I personally really enjoyed.

So I suppose the best thing to do is to have a go and see if it works for you sorry I don’t have any further information to help.

Yep thats correct they also do a phase 1 product to prime you for the TBBS. They also do a few cutting products too called cybertrim and quicktrim.

Unknown have a look at these:

I also believe that Bodybuilding.com has some information on it too.
