I'm running at the minute for first 5-7 days ran at 25mg then dropped to 15mg will taper off in next couple of weeks ,have a look at this website its got some great info www.sarms101.com

Yeah, that's basically where I got my dosing protocols from!

Finding it a really good addition to pct definitely helps with keeping strength up  from cycle and  noticeable leaning effects also

Just to summarize I'm probably going to do something like this...
 
P-Mag 75/75/75/100/100/100
Pro-One 0/90/90/90/90/90
 
PCT will be standard Nolva dosing protocol and then alongside and beyond:
Ostarine: 25/25/12.5/12.5/12.5/12.5/5/5
 
Looking forward to getting started! Should be interesting to see how it goes especially seeing as my training is almost 100% orientated for strength at the moment.

Will probably begin cycle on Monday next week as I'm going to Prague this weekend.
 
Half tempted to get a bottle of Pro-LMG and stack that with the P-Mag and Pro-One. Any opinions on this?

that look a nice cycle!
 
i would leave the lmg for now,it may hinder the rugby,there will be pretty good weight gain from the pmag at those doses,you will blow up even more with lmg in there as well.

Yeah that's a fair point, I'll leave the LMG for a future cycle; maybe end of season. Everything is in place, looking forward to starting on Monday! Will update this occasionally throughout the cycle with updates.

Just a little update for how the cycle's going.
 
Currently day 12, bodyweight is up 2 or 3 lbs and got stronger on shoulder press (barbell) and bench. Squat's going up fairly rapidly but that would have happened anyway as I've finally recovered from a hamstring injury that's hampered me for the last 3 months. Going to go for some new PBs by the end of this cycle on bench and deadlift I reckon.
 
Sides: Back pumps when rugby training and squatting but nothing that bad. Will probably get some more taurine and eat some bananas

il be following this, quite interesting. in your first post i see u wrote epi did nothing for u. i too have used epi and i wasnt impressed either, i found it had to be stacked with somethin else to become effective. epi made me feel like crap and killed hunger, gave decent results and will not use again in near future.
