Should note I went straight in at 100mg on this rather than the tentatively planned 75mg.

Destroyed my body at rugby on Saturday so had to rest yesterday but back in gym after work today. I actually put somebody in hospital during the game by dislocating their shoulder as I tackled (and then landed on) them

Still no sides to speak of, didn't even feel the back pumps on Saturday. Tendonitis in my elbows has got bad again though, it was properly throbbing last night (brought on by cutting up 5lbs of braising steak for the slow cooker!) and was very painful. I take cissus for it and have ordered some glucosamine, magnesium spray and NTBM Skeletal Balm (had samples of the latter and really rated it). Tendonitis can suck my balls.

Deadlift: 272.5kg
Squat: 222.5kg
Bench: 152.5kg
Strict OHP: 100kg

As in our pm's I think the Balm and Glucosamine combo will do the trick - not familiar with the spray but curious so will have to google a bit later.

When my elbows played up I found am, noon and pm small applications of Balm to the elbow did the trick and on on training days I would apply an extra just before training. after about 3 weeks sorted and only ever had the odd twinge since - 12 months on.

Cycle's going well so far, no sides and a nice bit of lean weight put on so far. Strength isn't rocketing but it's going up nicely.

Did this at rugby on Saturday and it swelled up so much to start with that people's first thought was that my bone was sticking out of my leg haha... It's sore!

It's brilliant, nothing like it - I just hate getting injured and Sunday mornings are never fun. Do you play for a club braveand?

Tonight's session was pretty decent, creeping up on a bench PR. My current PB is 140kgx1 and I did 135x1x10 and then 130kgx1x5 tonight so I could easily beat 140kg, just going to let it come naturally though rather than force a PB and mess up a session. Elbow tendonitis is still quite sore when benching, especially on negatives but pain clears up pretty much immediately afterwards so it is getting better!

Got a PB on bench tonight at 150kg. Beat my old PB by 10kg which I'm happy with!

Started PCT for this today.

Started cycle at about 108kg and ended the cycle at around 114kg so 6kg gain but the best bit is that there's very little fat gain, if any (current avatar was from last week). Got a bench (150kg) and shoulder press (92.5kg after doing 15 singles at 90kg!) PB while on the cycle and no sides except occasional back pumps that were manageable.

Took my first dose of Nolva this morning alongside 25mg of Ostarine. Jesus that stuff is disgusting!! Plan to up calories slightly during PCT and hopefully consolidate these gains.

Overall, it's been a really smooth, excellent cycle- probably my second favourite so far. Hopefully with the Ostarine, PCT will be decent!

Good cycle mate read through your blogs, impressive.
I wondered how you think the rugby affects your strength and workouts, I play too and am absolutely F*****  on my Monday workouts.
Im a pretty big guy and can bench 190kg any day in the summer but have trouble shifting the bar after Ive been smashed around on a Saturday.

I know what you're saying, Monday workouts are a killer. The worst part for me is the tendinitis in my elbows really flares up after a rugby match and hurts for the following week. If I have a weekend without a game it's fine but comes back as soon as I play which obviously affects lifts. I also think my squat and deadlift would be higher if I hadn't had hamstring injuries from rugby but I guess you just have to adapt and work around it!

What position do you play? I can't imagine there are that many people smashing you around with that kind of strength and (I assume) size!

Play at 2nd row mate 6ft 5 and near 19 stone but it still hurts. I love the game so its worth the pain but it does have an afect on the weights because of recovery.
Looking forward to the weekends six nations , England v Wales should be good game , the forum is full of the Welsh so I aint going to predict we will win cus I reckon they are favourites, quality players.
Good luck with the weights and the rugby mate.
